VST 2026: Aligning for the Future

PHD Nigeria's Vision, Strategy and Team (VST) Retreat 2026 brought colleagues together at Ogere Resort for three days of strategic alignment, reflection, and team bonding. Designed as a residential working retreat, the event provided an opportunity for employees to assess the agency's progress, align on future ambitions, and strengthen the relationships that drive our success.

A key focus of this year's retreat was PHD Nigeria's ambition to become the industry's trusted advisor, building on past achievements while preparing for future opportunities.
